There are 7 beds in total and the rental is for private use. This means that you won’t have to share any areas with other guests. There is a spacious living/dining room, a kitchen, 2 Shower/WC rooms and 3 double bedrooms, totaling 120 sq.meters.

We also have 2 baby cots (2-year-old max.) available for our baby guests.

Thessaloniki International Airport is at a distance of 82,5 km. There are different options you may choose for your transportation:
- A private taxi.
We can make all the necessary arrangements for you αnd notify you about the price and details, some days before your arrival. - A public taxi.
There is a taxi queue, like in most airports of the world but we cannot be sure about the fair you will be asked to pay. - A rental car.
This is the most recommended way for your visit here and what most of our guests choose.. Taking into account that there are so many wonderful places near here, you will certainly not regret renting a car for your vacation here – right from the airport.
Wonderful beaches, places of archaeological interest, picturesque villages… There are many near destinations you may want to explore once you come here. - A public bus.
If you follow this link KTEL Chalkidiki you will find the public transport that connects the two places. It is the cheaper way you can use, however we do not recommend it for many reasons:
Firstly the bus station is not within walking distance from the airport, so you will need another bus or taxi to take you there. Secondly it can be stressful to find the right bus in a big and overcrowded place. And there are also many different bus stops in between, so there is always the possibility to miss the right one.
Dishware and all kitchen utensils are provided here. With a big oven and stoves plus the BBQ in the garden, we believe you will be all covered.

The busy night-life is in the other side towards the center of N.Marmaras. With night clubs, shops – open until late at night – and the famous Casino in “Porto Carras”.
Neos Marmaras is about 1 km walk but you can use the tourist train which is more fun! Or you can simply ride the bike that we provide.
